Elizabeth Mitchell Teases New Secrets and the Return of Graham Rogers

Revolution Danny's death by helicopter
Last week , Revolution fans were shocked to see a heartbreaking twist in the drama’s mid-season return. After spending the first half of the season trekking across America to save her brother, Charlie and the rest of the Matheson group of good guys watched in horror as Danny (Graham Rogers) saved the day by blowing up Monroe's locket of power — only to get shot and killed himself.

In the wake of Danny’s death, Hollywood.com caught up with the cast and executive producers of Revolution this past weekend at WonderCon to learn all about what’s in store for our grief-stricken rebels and to find out if Danny is really gone for good.

Interview with JD Pardo and Tracy Spiridakos

Revolution - Jason and Charlie

Last week's Revolution saw Jason finally take a stand against his father and do the right thing. But does that mean he's a rebel now that he's abandoned the militia? The war is only just getting started, and while Jason might not believe in the slaughter of innocent families, it's unlikely that he supports killing his own family either. So can Jason be trusted?

"His intensions are good, but is he gonna screw you over again? Who knows?" JD Pardo, who plays the former soldier, tells TVGuide.com. "But I believe that what Charlie brings out of Jason is a different side. She forces him to see things from her perspective and it doesn't match up with what he's being told, so there's a struggle ahead."

Even if Jason does decide to take up arms against his father, he still needs to convince Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) before he can join her Scooby Gang. When asked whether or not her character can trust Jason, Spiridakos kept it blunt: "Why should she?"

"He's saved her life, yes, but he's also put her in harm's way and done things to kind of mess things up for them a few times," Spiridakos continues, adding that while Jason will be around more, she's unsure if that's a good or bad thing. "She's been through so many times where she's trusted the wrong person and gotten kind of scolded for it. You've got to tread lightly."

Spiridakos is not kidding about Charlie being a little too trustworthy (see: Ray Kinsey, Maya Clayton). Although her hesitation to trust Jason is understandable, he is more than worthy of an exception. Even when Jason was in the militia, Pardo explains, he always thought that he was doing the right thing. That is, until the militia butchered entire rebel camps.

But while Jason's unwavering desire to do good has currently alienated him from his family, Pardo is simply happy that Jason's finally making his own decisions. "Let's say he doesn't choose the rebels. He doesn't choose Monroe. Let's say he's independent. That's great. As long as he's his own man," Pardo says. "Live and die by your own choices."

Pardo may be proud of Jason's autonomy, but it has come at a cost for the star. "I think that as an actor I've walked away from the set frustrated, not feeling like I have a group," he says. "Like, where do I fit in? How do I fit in? Then it took me a second to realize, 'Oh, it's OK because that's how the character feels.'

"It is a lonely place," he continues. "[Jason's] loyal to a father that sees right through him and he wants to be with the girl, but there's no trust there. Where do you go?"

What do you think Jason should do? Do you think Charlie should trust him? Sound off in the comments below!

Eric Kripke and Elizabeth Mitchell talk about Revolution's return and the Big Mystery

Long interview with Eric Kripke (creator) and Elizabeth Mitchell (Rachel). They talk in deep about the mysteries and characters of what appears to be an epic second half of Revolution. A must read!

I've been holding this for a week waiting for the first episode to air, so now I can post it. That means this is heavy on spoilers if you haven't watched "The Stand" episode 11 and I recommend not reading this. Thanks to Elizabeth-Mitchell.org

Elizabeth Mitchell & Eric Kripke Tease An Epic Return

Revolution returns March 25
When Revolution returns from its four mouth hiatus, there won’t just be power – there will also be answers. At least, that’s what creator Eric Kripke and star Elizabeth Mitchell promised when we talked about the show’s explosive second half of the season, which resumes March 25th.

“For me, the story was never about what caused the blackout,” Kripke said. “It’s not just based on one particular mystery – it’s based on these characters, and this world that the characters have these adventures in.”

That world: a post-apocalyptic landscape 15 years after a blackout destroyed all forms of power. Following the November episode that also doubled as the show’s winter finale, Monroe had achieved enough power to unleash some deadly helicopter missiles on our characters who were on the run from the Milita, having just broken Rachel out of Monroe’s confinement. The action reunited the until-then absent mother with her two children, bringing kidnapped Danny back into the fold.

Eric Kripke. Revolution's creator
Kripke, who previously mentioned that he intended on answering what is no doubt the biggest question on everyone’s mind, confirmed that Episode 13 would reveal “pretty much everything there is to know about why the blackout happens. The reality was that as a character, Rachel knew why the blackout happened and now she’s back with our heroes,” Kripke admitted. “We were really wrestling with the question of, ‘why wouldn’t she just tell them? And Jon [Favreau] said, ‘so have her tell them.’ We reveal why the blackout happened, but the card we really have up our sleeve is that we open our door to a whole new world of questions.”

Among those questions – where is Grace? What happened to Randall? And what is the dangerous history between Miles and Rachel? While Kripke mentioned the storytelling would move at an “aggressive red-blooded pace,” viewers shouldn’t worry that Revolution will run itself into the ground answering questions.

The Death of a Seminal Character and a Head-Spinning Cliffhanger

Revolution Returns March 25!
Now we finally know why they called it Revolution. When NBC's rambunctious action-adventure series premiered to record ratings last fall, it was all about a dystopian future world without power or technology. But when the show returns March 25 after a four-month break, we'll suddenly find our ragtag heroes, led by crossbow-wielding Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) and her sword-swinging uncle, Miles (Billy Burke), under attack by a squadron of military choppers. Juice has been restored — and the villains have it!

"The goal of this series was always to put power into the hands of the bad guys and make the good guys overwhelmingly screwed," says creator-showrunner Eric Kripke. "This is a seismic shift for our show, almost like we've shot a new pilot that takes our characters in an entirely different direction. It's the true start of the revolution."

The return episode is so packed with intense events — including the death of a seminal character and a head-spinning cliffhanger — that it had the cast in shock. "It's completely crazy," says Spiridakos. "When we got the script, we were all like, 'Whaaat? My God! This is all happening in one hour?' It was so insane, all we could do was laugh."

And then get deadly serious. "We're coming back like we're a big-ass, big-screen, action-movie spectacular," Burke says. "As actors, we felt like we were in the middle of a war zone, what with the helicopters, bullet hits and explosions. And it was all really happening. We didn't need to fake it and make it work later with CGI."

10 Things You Need to Know About Revolution's Return

Revolution Returns March 25
The revolution is about to begin!

On Monday, March 25 (10/9c), Revolution returns after a four-month hiatus — and though it's been quite a while since the show has been on the air, the NBC series will pick up exactly where we left off, with Miles (Billy Burke) & Co. on the run from Monroe (David Lyons) and his fleet of newly powered helicopters. But will they be able to make a daring escape? In short, duh! The show can't end like that! But what's in store for the survivors? The cast and executive producers teased what's coming up at Saturday's PaleyFest panel, moderated by TV Guide Magazine's Michael Schneider. Get the scoop below:

1. The Blackout, revealed: "We reveal why the power went out and we do it early," executive producer Eric Kripke said, noting that it will open the door to a bigger mystery. "It will be fun to see the audience's reaction to it." Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) actually knows the real reason, so, "there's no reason she wouldn't say it."

2. The world expands: As Monroe's power grows, so too will the world of Revolution as the group may need to rely on other territories in the fight against Monroe. "This revolution against Monroe really begins," Kripke says. "[They] all join together to take on this evil tyrant." But executive producer Jon Favreau noted that loyalties with these other federations may change as power shifts hands. Among the new faces is Leslie Hope's President Foster, the leader of the Georgia Federation. "She's badass," Kripke said. "She's really steely and strong and has her own management style that is quite different than Monroe's."

3. Charlie's not a kid anymore: Even though Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) has been reunited with her mother Rachel and brother Danny (Graham Rogers), she will continue to fight for the rebellion, which will put her at odds with herself. "Is she able to keep her humanity through it all?" Spiridakos said. She may find help in that department in Jason (J.D. Pardo), who Spiridakos noted will be around the rebels more in the second half of the season.

20 things we learned from the Revolution PaleyFest Panel

Revolution Panel at Paley Fest 2013
After Friday night's spoiler-free PaleyFest panel for "The Walking Dead," Saturday night's (March 2) panel for "Revolution" was practically the opposite.

Eric Kripke, J.J. Abrams and the cast were fairly forthcoming about what fans can expect both when "Revolution" returns to NBC on March 25 and beyond.

That, of course, means that if you want to go in with a completely clean slate, you really don't want to read the information after the break.

So click through for 20 things we learned from the 'Revolution' PaleyFest Panel.

   20) Nobody on the "Revolution" writing staff cared about the Super Bowl. Remember that whole blackout thing during the Super Bowl and all of the "hilarious" jokes on your Twitter feed about "Revolution"? Well, it turns out that the shows writers weren't even watching the game. They were working on breaking story and one of the assistants read about it on social media. "We all had a moment like, 'Ah. I wish we were airing the next night,'" says Eric Kripke.

   19) They're overjoyed that they've been gone since November. You may miss "Revolution" and NBC may miss the show's ratings, but Kripke and company are giddy. Well, they're not really "giddy," but they're very good at putting a happy face on the break. "I'm very grateful for it, becuase I think creatively it really paid off and I believe very strongly that the second half of the season is better than the first," Kripke says. They said the same thing at TCA Press Tour in January, so it's gotta be true.

   18) Eric Kripke thinks he knows what the show did well in its first chunk of episodes. "I thought we did a pretty great job introducing the characters and these wonderful actors," Kripke says. "Character really has to come first in a show like this and it's more important than the genre and it's more important than the big concept, because stories come and go, but if you can make the characters stick, then I think you have a chance as some longevity and I think we did that well. We got to know them. We got to understand them. They got dimensionalized, they all sorta came to life, which is in a large part due to the incredible job that all of these incredibly handsome people on the stage have done."

7 Reasons to be Excited for Revolution's Return

Revolution Returns March 25
It's been a while, Revolution. We've missed you. At least those of us who still remember the NBC hit after its seemingly endless four month hiatus. But now Revolution's return is only a few weeks away (March 25 at 10/9c) and the question is: does anyone still care? Creator Eric Kripke sure hopes so. "I think, honestly, it's an engine that's humming better than it ever has," he said. While Revolution was the biggest freshman hit of the fall season, many viewers were left lukewarm by the midseason finale. After taking this time off the air to reevaluate, Kripke now believes the show's return has what it takes to attract old fans, those still on the fence as well as a whole new audience. "We've learned from our mistakes and really sort of figured out what works and what doesn't work," he tells TVGuide.com.

Still hesitant to commit? Here are another seven reasons to be excited for Revolution's return:

1. Things are going to get moving — and fast! With Supernatural's Kripke and Lost's J.J. Abrams at the helm, viewers expected the same quick-paced storytelling we'd come to know from the pair's previous series. Unfortunately, Revolution's first 10 episodes — while a fun ride — moved at a snail's pace. (Ten episodes just to get one kid? Sheesh!) That's all going to change when the show returns. "It explodes into a big ball of fury after this," Billy Burke, who plays Miles, says. "I know [Kripke and Abrams] want to hasten, quicken the pace," Captain Neville's portrayer Giancarlo Esposito says, adding that they also plan to swiftly answer some of the series' biggest burning questions, including why the power went out!

2. There are going to be higher stakes (and an actual revolution) Now that Monroe has power — not to mention helicopters — gone are the days of a simple search-and-rescue mission. "It'll evolve into a really sizeable quest," Kripke says. "I think we really look at the first 10 episodes as the prologue to the story ... now it's time for the revolution to start." But things won't' be so easy for our heroes as they set out to restore power worldwide. "They've got crossbows and swords and [Monroe] has M16s and choppers, so they're woefully overwhelmed and outmanned and outgunned," the creator adds. To help even the playing field, Kripke hints that the rebels might look to outside forces for help. Georgia, perhaps?

3. We'll see a larger, complex world à la Game of Thrones "We've seen personal relationship struggles and personal revolutions happen, but we haven't seen how this particular power outage has affected the whole world. We're about to," Esposito teases. With the revolution finally beginning, everyone has their own role to play, roles that will take them outside of the Monroe Republic. "We'll see the Georgia Federation this season, we'll see the Plains Nation this season — and they're wildly different nations ... We really want this to evolve into kind of an American Game of Thrones." Kripke says. But with the world expanding, don't expect our recently reunited gang of misfits to stay together too long.

David Lyons interview about Monroe, Revolution and his new movie Safe Heaven

David Lyons in Revolution as Monroe

“Revolution” isn’t back until next month, but CraveOnline had an opportunity to interview David Lyons last week.

Lyons plays Sebastian “Bass” Monroe, the leader of the so-called Monroe Republic. He also costars in the new romantic movie Safe Haven, based on the Nicholas Sparks novel starring Julianne Hough and Josh Duhamel.

During his rounds of Safe Haven, we were able to speak with Lyons by phone and talk about his new movie, his hit TV show, and the short-lived superhero series, “The Cape” as well as his unseen show, “Day One.”

CraveOnline: Since you are not Josh Duhamel, should we assume that you don’t get the girl in Safe Haven?

David Lyons: [Laughs] Yes. You should assume that. I think anyone who’s standing next to Josh Duhamel should assume that.

CraveOnline: Is that a fun part to play in the love triangle though?

David Lyons: It is. It’s always fun to play the fifth wheel, the one that’s not as wanted as others, but it was great. And given that I was playing that triangle with those two, who are just the most lovely people kicking around, it was great. It was fantastic.

CraveOnline: What does it mean to you to have a romance coming out on Valentine’s Day?

David Lyons: Unfortunately, if I was to take a valentine to this movie on Valentine’s Day, I don’t think it would bode well for me. But, I think it’s a great time for it and this film is a great film for valentines. It is the perfect film for Valentine’s Day. They were always intending to bring it out around this time and I’m very glad that they did because it suits the emotional landscape very, very well.

CraveOnline: What are some of those great Nicholas Sparks themes that Safe Haven deals with?

David Lyons: Well, it’s about the redemptive and restorative aspect of love. That’s a common theme through all of Nicolas’s work and such a beautiful theme. It is about two people learning to love, or learning to love and trust.

I think that both have had a past in which they’ve been hurt, like we all have. They kind of learn to open up to each other. I think in terms of what scenes there are that demonstrate that, you’ve got to go and see the film I guess. The essence of it is about a woman learning to love again, despite the fact that she’s had a pretty dark past.

CraveOnline: When did you shoot Safe Haven in relation to “Revolution?”

David Lyons: I had shot the pilot of “Revolution” and we were waiting to start filming, so I shot the first episode of “Revolution” and we had a three month hiatus. I shot it in that time and then we were actually shooting in Southport, N.C. and “Revolution” works in Wilmington, N.C. It’s about 40 minutes away. It was a very serendipitous scenario.

Daniella Alonso Interview with Bello Magazine

Daniella Alonso Revolution - Fashion cover Bello Magazine
The beautiful Daniella Alonso is in the new Fashion cover of Bello Magazine #43. Besides her stylish photos where she is more beautiful than ever, Daniela talks about her personal life and her role in "Revolution".

Does Daniella Alonso look like someone who would geek out over fantasy football…and five inch heels? This New York City beauty (born and raised) is full of surprises. Not only does she have a successful modeling career under her belt, she also has a green belt in karate. And it looks like those ass-kicking skills are coming in handy during the inaugural run of NBC’s hit action series, “Revolution,” in which she plays Nora, a rebel with a penchant for explosives. We recently asked Daniella a few questions to out why she would place her grandmother and Kate Moss in the same category…

6 Tips About Revolution's Return

Miles and Monroe
"The revolution and the battle against Monroe really begins."

That was the party line Sunday at Revolution's panel during NBC's winter TV previews, as executive producer Eric Kripke promised reporters that the second half of the series' freshman season will actually begin to deliver on the promise of the title.

When last we left Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos), Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and the rest of the gang, they had escaped Monroe's (David Lyons) clutches only to come face-to-face with his fleet of helicopters — all thanks to Rachel's pendant amplifier, which provided power to his new army.

Impending battle aside — and there will be many on several fronts — Kripke says that at its core, Revolution is a family show and in the second half of the season, the Matheson family will be tested. "The story becomes about can this family — some of them are related by blood, some of them are just related by loyalty. Can they stick together in the face of these overwhelming odds and this overwhelming danger?" Kripke says. "And can you maintain your soul when you're a warrior?"

"This is The Waltons with swords," he adds. "We really want to make sure it always has an incredible amount of heart."

Check out what else is in store for Miles & Co. when the series returns this March:

Revolution's Creator, Eric Kripke, Says Second Half Is "Bigger and Better"

Revolution wrapped its fall episodes last night with a victory and a setback for our heroes. The good guys are finally all together, with Miles and Charlie having rescued kidnapped Danny and Rachel. But the devious Gen. Monroe now has the electrical power to command a high-tech military force. What’s planned for the second half of the season? In an exclusive interview, Revolution creator Eric Kripke talks about last night’s hour and how things will change (and improve) for the second half of the season. Kripke addresses the four-month hiatus, reveals what mystery will definitely be solved in the spring, and what key characters will be doing. “We have bigger and better stuff coming,” he promises. Here’s the scoop:

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Was there ever a version in your head where Miles goes, “Yeah, I’m re-joining Monroe”?

Eric Kripke: What we love about Miles is half of him is light and half is shadow. If this story was set a couple years ago he would be the bad guy. You never want to lose sight of that. Just because Miles was able to face-off with Monroe in this particular encounter and maintain the heroic side of his personality doesn’t mean it’s going to happen again. So even though he was able to resist the temptation, that temptation is still there. Even moreso when he starts to fulfill his destiny and becomes a leader for the rebels [in the second half of the season]; he starts to fall into his old bloodthirsty patterns again. … There’s also a lot of important pieces in last night’s episode that move the story forward. We’re setting up how pissed Monroe is going to be in the second half of the season; how personal Neville is going to take Miles’ assault on his wife. And [we hinted that] Rachel and Miles have a very secret history.

I gotta ask, since I’m seeing this comment on the boards: How could Rachel forget to grab the pendant on the way out of the room?

Kripke: We shot a scene where Rachel goes, “We have to go back and get the pendant,” and Miles says, “We can’t go back, they’re shooting machine guns at us!” We ended up cutting it for time because we thought, maybe wrongly, that when there’s a room full of five people shooting machine guns in your direction that you can’t run toward those machine guns.

Revolution Finale Interview, Spoilers on Monroe and More

Revolution‘s band of fighters have finally reached Philadelphia, but the City of Brotherly Love it ain’t. In fact, the survivors’ troubles are only beginning now that they’re in enemy territory.

Here, co-executive producer David Rambo previews Monday’s big midseason finale (NBC, 10/9c), which features an internal conflict for Miles, the reveal of Monroe’s plans and a possible mother/daughter reunion. The EP also teases what’s in store for the second half of Season 1 (hint: it involves travel), which kicks off on March 25.

TVLINE | What challenges lie ahead for Miles, Charlie and everyone now that they’re in Philadelphia?

Next week will be the first time that all the Mathesons are in the same city since the premiere. So there are lots of opportunities to see what could happen there. A big challenge for Miles is — [as] part of him revealed in the hallucination he had last [Monday] — if Monroe asked him to come back, he would like that. We are going to see Miles and Monroe come face-to-face, and Monroe is going to ask him to come back to the militia.

TVLINE | How does that meeting compare with the one that we saw in this past episode? (Granted, it was a hallucination.)

[Laughs] Well, the hallucinations pretty much express Miles’ own internal needs and wants. Really it was from Miles’ heart, the hallucination. But Monroe really means it when he says, “I want you back. Come back.” We’ll see that next week. Of course, that’s a crisis for Miles.

TVLINE | Despite the fact that obviously something really horrible went down between them and Miles tried to assassinate Monroe, is there a feeling of brotherhood and love when they meet again?

A lot of that’s going to be revealed in [Monday's] episode…. It’s really the heart of the episode. I can tell you we really go pretty deeply into how the bond was formed, how far back in their lives it goes and the crisis that that presents in the present for them both when they come face-to-face. And there is an epic sword fight. I have to say that. It’s fantastic.

Giancarlo Esposito Teases The Big 'Revolution' Cliffhanger

Giancarlo Esposito
If you look in the dictionary under devilishly evil, you might well see a picture of Giancarlo Esposito. In the recent past, the Emmy-nominated actor has gone from one bad-guy role to another, starring in AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” (as the unpredictable meth dealer Gustavo Fring), ABC’s “Once Upon A Time” (as Sidney Glass of Magic Mirror fame) and of course, in his current role as Major Tom Neville in NBC’s post-apocalyptic hit, “Revolution.”

So which sort of role does he really prefer to play — the rare good guys or those wicked ones he's known so well for?

“I love them both!” Esposito told The Clicker. “I think you are good and you are bad, and bad and good, and good and bad! It’s actually been really interesting, especially with Gustavo and now Tom. With each role, I find something that is redeemable but yet I find a new level of darkness.”

Esposito’s favorite evil man? “Breaking Bad’s” Gustavo.

Billy Burke Talks About Monroe and Mid-Season Finale

Billy Burke as Miles Matheson
Things get trippy in Monday’s Revolution (NBC, 10/9c) when Miles, Charlie & Co. have trouble figuring out what’s real and what’s fantasy. Their hallucinations will be accompanied by the music of legendary rockers Led Zeppelin, who granted the freshman hit the rights to use two songs – “Since I’ve Been Loving You” and “Kashmir” (which is also the episode’s title) – in the special installment.

Know what else rocks? With only two new hours left before the show takes a hiatus until March 25, Billy Burke tackled some of our burning questions.

WHAT’S GOT THE GANG SEEING THINGS? | When the band of survivors finds itself in an incredibly disorienting situation, “We walk the line between what the characters know as reality and what might not be reality [and] what might be playing with their heads a little bit,” previews Burke. “It’s really cool.”

WILL WE SEE MORE OF MILES’ SOFTER SIDE? |“All of his past and all of the memories and all the damage that’s been done, it’s been germinating for so long and now it’s bubbling to the surface and coming out in ways that he never would have expected. As he starts to do that and Charlie starts to get tougher and sink deeper… we’re going to see them start to take on each other’s characteristics a little bit.” But Miles’ badass nature isn’t going anywhere. “We’re not going to lose that. Somebody’s got to keep the peace, and he’s really the only guy in that group that can do it at this point.”

HOW DID MILES BECOME A MILITIA BADDIE? | “We’re going to start to see where it all came from and how it all happened. We actually haven’t gotten to any of those episodes, but I know they’re coming. But as this year comes to a close and we open next year with the second half of the season, from my understanding, we’re going to start to get heavy into that backstory.”

HOW WILL MILES AND MONROE’S FACE-TO-FACE GO? | The former friends come together in the midseason finale, and it “gets really fun,” teases Burke. The meeting “happens in a very unexpected way, just a brilliant and a creative way on the writers’ parts… It’s tough because there was a point… during the past 15 years where Miles did try to take him out and overthrow [him]. Two lifelong best friends, brothers, having had that happened, coming back together, it’s tough.” In the new year, Burke says, we’ll even glimpse “some flashes of Miles and Bass several years after the blackout.”

WHAT THE DEAL WITH MILES AND RACHEL? | “It’s a-coming,” teases Burke of the characters’ shared backstory. While he hasn’t filmed any flashback scenes with Tim Guinee’s Ben yet, “the relationship with Miles and Rachel is starting to come to light.” And that story might just lead him to some new players like Randall. So will his journey cross with that of the Department of Defense mystery man? “Eventually, because of his relationship with Rachel,” replies Burke. “Rachel’s heavily embedded into that part of the storyline. We don’t know what the extents and depth are of Miles and Rachel’s relationship yet, but as that starts to get revealed and as we get closer and closer to getting Danny, I’m sure those will intersect at some point.”

WILL WE VISIT THE OTHER REPUBLICS? | While the series hasn’t filmed any trips to other North American lands like the California Commonwealth or Texas yet, Burke imagines a storm is brewing “The Monroe Militia, if they could, would take over the entire continent, so it’s my guess that the other militias are going to go to war with them.”

WHY DID THE POWER GO OUT?! | Answers are coming! “One of the things [creator Eric] Kripke’s been talking about from the get-go is not to build expectations so high that you can’t fill them. The reason that the power went off, it’s a central theme in the show, but we’re going to reveal that sooner [rather] than later so it doesn’t have to be this enormous, mind-blowing [moment of], ‘Oh my God!’ It’ll be interesting enough to make sense and move the story forward from there.” To that end, Monday’s episode will feature “information revealed about the blackout that we wouldn’t have thought of,” previews Burke. So far, the amulets have turned on the electricity just a little here and there, powering objects like an iPhone or a lighthouse, but “imagine if that were amplified a little bit, bit by bit,” he hints.

IS IT MARCH YET? | “It feels big,” says Burke of the Nov. 26 midseason finale, so prepare to count down the days until the show’s return. As for the actor, he’s not too concerned about the four-month hiatus. “The whole thing is new to me. I’ve never had a series that’s gone past 12 episodes… All that I know is it looks like we’re doing well, and it looks like people are enjoying the show. I, as much as anybody else, can’t wait to see what happens.”
