An assassination attempt on Monroe (David Lyons) heightens his paranoia and Georgia Federation President Foster (guest star Leslie Hope) contemplates surrender. Meanwhile, Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Aaron (Zak Orth) push through the Plains Nation into Colorado.
